Our story
Two cats, one cat tree, and a lot of opinions.
It started with a cat tree. Bella wouldn't go near it and Marley took it apart in a week. We realised our two Maine Coons were the harshest furniture critics we knew, and that most cat furniture isn't built for cats their size.
So we made it official. Bella and Marley run the shop, choose what goes in it, and test every scratcher, bed and perch personally. Their verdicts are on every page.
Head of Comfort & Craftsmanship
Bella
Bella is the quiet one, a nine-year-old orange tabby who has seen a lot of furniture. She circles every piece twice, sniffs the seams, presses a paw into the bedding and only then decides whether it deserves her weight. If she falls asleep on it, it goes in the shop.

Head of Durability & Zoomies
Marley
Marley is the chaos department: four years old, 10 kg and all muscle. He climbs it, launches off it and scratches at it (once, to be sure). Anything that survives his 3 a.m. zoomies is built properly, and he's not shy about saying so.

The method
How a piece earns its place
- 01
The sniff
Bella inspects every seam, joint and fabric. Anything that smells wrong, or of glue, is out.
- 02
The climb
Marley launches himself at it from across the room. Anything that wobbles at 10 kg is out.
- 03
The scratch
One (1) proper scratch from Marley. Sisal that unravels or fabric that snags goes back to the makers.
- 04
The nap
If neither cat has curled up on it within a week, it doesn't go in the shop.
House rules
What we promise
We only sell what we'd use ourselves
If neither of us has climbed it, scratched it or curled up on it, it isn't in the shop. That rule has cost us a lot of cat trees.
Every verdict is signed
Each product page carries our own paw rating and comments, unedited, including the ones about each other.
Built for big cats
We're Maine Coons, so everything is tested at up to 10 kg. If it wobbles, tips or sags under us, it's out. Smaller cats get the same solid furniture.
